The day before your wedding we contact you again; to assure you we will be there!
On the day of your wedding, our experienced chauffeur will arrive in plenty of time and discreetly wait until you are ready. On arrival at your ceremony venue, he will work closely with your photographer for the perfect pictures. With prior arrangement he’ll also take you to an additional photo-shoot location.
If required, our wedding chauffeur will wait for you and your groom and transport you onwards with chilled bubbly, to your reception after your photo shoot.
You can hire the same chauffeured wedding car for a late night transfer from your reception location to your chosen overnight hotel or the following day, to the airport for your well deserved honeymoon! Ask about our discounted Honeymoon transfer rates.
What is included?
Advice on transport arrangements, timings, how many wedding cars are required and where savings can be made… Wedding car dressed with ribbon and bows, in traditional white or ivory, or a colour of your choosing to complement the colour scheme of your wedding. Rear window shelf, ivory silk flowers but we are also happy to work with your existing flower supplier if you prefer to supply your own. We have seen wedding cars not washed, scruffy looking drivers in tracksuits!, ribbon tied on too loose, in the wrong place, a driver asking for directions because he did not make a “dry run”, one turning up late, another took the Bride to the wrong church…and it goes on. Please do not assume being helpful is being professional! The traditional Wedding is changing... Some couples like the thought of staying in the same venue the night before, having the ceremony there, with the afternoon and evening reception there as well. The guests often stay at the same venue...but they then realise they are missing out on the leaving confetti photo shoot! Here is an idea that you may like to consider: The chauffeured wedding car collects the Bride from the venue and goes for a short drive, returning for an “arrival” photo-shoot before the service. We wait during service. Following the ceremony, the Newly-weds have a leaving confetti photo-shoot at the wedding car.
